Yes, Use Heat sink paste aka thermal paste for the TFI module. The paste aids in thermal transfer.
Dielectric grease is an insulating grease. It is used for corrosion and moisture resistance. It blocks the transfer of electrons, it can be used on spade connectors because they displace the grease and make contact to the mating surface. Don't use dielectric grease on the major ground connections. If you want to protect grounds use enamel paint over the connection.
I used Dielectric. What I get out of all of this is that my choice is WRONG. Ok. Got it.
