Car doesn't run well. At WOT it is really good, but in closed loop lower RPMs are pretty rough. It was right at 2000 rpm but now it is a little lower than that. I replaced the TPS with the one from my old engine. It seemed to run a litte better. I puled codes. I am working through a KOEO 91c / KOER 92 codes. Lean & Rich on the same side ???

I have a recently installed engine and RJM EFI harness. The one that FFR sells. The RJM harness has 3 wires to the o2 sensor connections. The 16" Bosch sensors have three wires. My sensors are in the 4x4 collector areas. Is the heater circuit supposed to be grounding through the pipes?

I checked the bolts on the headers, still tight but I get a lot of noise on throttle release after hard acceleration, so I have to think about header leak as well. I checked the plugs on the driver side - they are all a nice clean light grey.

Plan is to swap the two sensore to see if the problem moves. Aside from that I need some ideas on what else to check and how to check it.

Any information on the o2 sensor heaters would be welcome

The 02 reads whats going on , and will not change it much unless it has completly failed. If you are getting lean and rich limit codes it's the computer trying to correct for a problem . Your idea of switching the sensors is a great idea to rule out that as the problem. As far as the # of wires I am under the impression that you just use the ones that match your engine ( ex. 88 must gt ) bob
