Guys,

I'm using the FFR Hood Hinges and the front Pass side of teh hood doesn't want to sit when I close it.

I have to latch the pass side, then push down and then pull the driver side over to line up the hood.

I have the pass side hinge as far down as it will go, what am I doing wrong?

Hinges are ground down to avoid 3/4" tube. They don't interfere when the hood is pressed down.

Ideas??

I hand to oblong the up and down slots on the bracket more to get my RH side low enough.

something else to check.... with the hood down, climb under the csr and look up at the strut to make sure it isn't botteming out. If it is you need to move the bracket on the hood back.

To lower the hinge and get it to suck in tighter, use some washers under the frame mount to the hinge and that will bring it down a little. I also found that the body is a little twisted as well, and you can put a shim on top of the 3/4" tubing and raise the body a little to make it come to the hood, depending on which looks the most true to form.
