You don't have to have a finished car or even a rolling chassis to use your wheel dollies. Here's a couple shots of what I've done with mine.

Makes it a lot easier to move the axle around.

The frame rests on the two main cross tubes. FYI - That's Rustoleum Hammer Finish paint on the frame.

Did you use a rattle can or spray on the hammer finish?

Was just looking for the hammer finish in quarts today and couldn't find it.

Good idea on the dollies.

I used the brush on Rustoleum that comes in quarts; almost three quarts total. The color is supposed to be black, but it came out a dark grey with black veins in it. Pretty darn cool looking.
