Pic Request for Stock Shifter Handle in Mid-Shift Location on Tremec

Could someone please post a pic that shows the relative location to the cockpit of a PRO 5.0 shifter with the FFR supplied forward leaning shifter handle in the mid-shift position on a Tremec trans (TKO600, TKO500, etc,)?

Trying to make up my mind on the functionality of a mid-shift location and the form of a rear-shift.

Looking for clearance problems with the dash.

If you marry those two up, it'll be a first. You need either a straight stick or one that moves the knob back slightly. You'd need arms like a gorilla to reach the FF shifter from the mid position, not to mention the fact that the shifter ball would be under the dash.

Ditto what Frank said. Get a straight-up shifter handle for the Tremec midshift, otherwise what's the point?

Tremec 3550 with mid-shift. Shift handle is actually a "Hurst" handle...like Frank said, it moves the knob "back" a little bit. Doesn't interfere with the console I made either.

That answers my question!

Thanks guys!

(BTW - Ken, I love your console. What is the LCD readout with the 8 push keys? Engine management? Security? Stereo?)
