GTM Location of OBD conector

Hello, Hopefully someone can help me. I purchased a completed GTM and it seems that the pass key system is lousing up. The car will start and run fine for a while but if I shut it off it wont start. It starts, runs for 2 seconds then shuts off until I let it sit for 10 minutes. My mechanic cannot find the OBD connector to get into the computer and look for codes. I know all these cars are built differently but is there a likely location for the OBD connector? The computer and fuse block are mounted to the passenger side of the engine compartment.

Most people put it where the manual says... to the right of the steering wheel under the dash on the main beam that goes across.

Maybe try the builder you bought the car from and see what they say. Interesting how a 10 minute sit allows it to be started. Sounds a little bit like the problem my GF's Audi had that was caused by bad grounds. Except it wouldn't start and run, it just had to sit for a bit.
