Grease is the word

I purchase some kind of grease (black) from Autozone and used it on the LCA. Is this the same stuff to use in the Driveshaft U-Joint?

Bettere yet, What kind of grease should I use for the drive shaft and the same question goes for the suspension?

Thanks.

The black stuff is most likely Moly grease which is much better than the clear/pale stuff. The Moly grease has Molybdenum Disulphide in it and it is this that provides the lubrication. The clear/waxy colored stuff is Lithium grease and the lubrication is provided by the long chaim molecules of the Lithium breaking down. So Moly grease does not "wear out" whereas Lithium grease tends to degrade with use and tends to dry out. So stick with the Moly grease and use it everywhere.

I agree with John on the moly for the suspension, but not for the U-joints. The moly will act like an abrasive on the small roller bearing in the u-joints. Because the Molybdenum is more of a round compound that rolls.
