I would read this...

http://www.bipac.net/page.asp?content=tag_title_toolbox&g=SEMAGA and find GA.

It looks like you can register it as a historical vehicle or a special construction vehicle. My quick read of the regulations in those two sections didn't see where that form was required. Might be wrong as I just scanned through it.

Good luck,

Ray

Ray,

Thanks. Kit vehicles are listed on page 16. The local DMV confirms that I need the form, but kick me to the Dept of Revenue - Motor Vehicles for clarification. However that office has not picked up the phone one time. I'm also the first in line. Yesterday I was first in line and I left it on hold for 3 hours.

This is what was related to me by another FFR GA owner

"When I registered my car I went with registration only. The 17 digit ID number from FF is what I used for a VIN. I took the receipt from F5, proof of ins and a T22B (I think)to the tag office and said "I would like to register this vehicle, please." Don't mention build, kit, or what engine you're putting in it just the basic info. This only works if you want to register only. To get a title it's a whole other ballgame and not really sure what you need to do. Most tag clerks don't either and that's where you have a tough time. I would call the car 1965 Ford Coupe. My philosophy is the simpler the better. Good luck "
