Is the rear leg of my roll bar too short? See pictures. The front tubes of the roll bar is sitting on the nubs (almost). See the first 2 pictures. The third picture shows the rear leg when it is bottomed on the pipe. They are aligned but the top is not inserted. If I raise that pipe for full insertion, the rear leg is about 1 1/4" or so above it's full insertion on the lower pipe. Should the rear leg be all of the way down? Do I want to grind the nubs off? Is the rear leg too short?

Looks just like mine. Others will chime in but I believe this is normal. Allows all the parts to be installed without binding.

That's the way it's supposed to be. Any longer, and you wouldn't be able to install the rear leg. Push it up to the top, drill the holes and you're done.

That's how I installed mine: First, insert the leg fully in. Second, insert the main fully in. Third, lift the leg into the main. And I had to use force to align them properly.
So you need room to put the leg more in than needed to be able to align them together and go back up into the main.
So, after insertion, you will have room under the leg.
