That "I" between the E and L should be a "1". I can't give you the owner history, but I can tell you the car had a comprehensive claim on 5/9/1994. It was not totalled, and no dollar amount given. It could have been a broken windshield, or a theft, or vandalism. It had 60,131 miles at the time.
