I bought 2 and gave them away because I was going with hiden hinges and now I'm back to the stock ones.

Just cut your own gaskets from a plastic milk container. The plastic gives you a little play so the hinges won't scratch the paint or dig in.

Mine never came with gaskets. I cut up a bicycle inner tube to make some. I have less than a quarter mile on the car at this point, and so far, so good!
