I measured mine with the Misses' tape measure. Came out to 60.5". Went to NAPA with just the measurement. No smog or PS pumps and stock tensioner with the FFR supplied idler.

Going clockwise Crank, alt, tensioner, idler, pump, crank. Gates K060602 or 060615 depending on the hole location of the idler. Cheers Richard.

 

does this mean I still need to use the FFR supplied pulley and the hideous ac bracket? I wanted to get away from that..

I'm using a Crown Vic waterpump, 1968 302 alternator brackets, and 39.5" belt.
