Removable Transmission Tunnel

I am thinking of making my transmission tunnel removable on my HR33. Reason is, I have the 2015 coyote engine and we know how difficult it is to remove in case I have to remove the transmission. Question is, how do I cut holes in the tunnel so the harness will remain in place.

I know a few guys done it so pictures would be helpful.

I first cut less of it out to make a smaller part removable, but you really have to get almost all of it out of the way. With the rest of the car basically assembled it is still tight enough that I had to remove the motor mounts to slip the engine/transmission assembly in place, then put them back in one at a time. It works though.
