Rob, I believe these are standard bulbs that can be found at any auto parts store.

I've tried 5 auto parts stores plus Lowe's, a local hardware store, electrical supply house and Radio Shack.

Radio Shack had the closest with a 14 volt version. Was reluctant to try this because of the higher voltage would mean lower wattage and less brightness.

By the way I got the Flash to Pass wired in and finally working.

My first pass at testing the flash would work, but when the light switch was on, the relay would not latch the high beams.

Turned out to be a defective brand new relay.

I am having difficulty finding the screw-in 12v 3W bulbs for park and turn signals, also. Local advance does not have them.

 

I brought one into NAPA and they were able to find replacements.

After trying all the auto supply stores in town, I went into my local old-fashioned hardware store and found a 3 watt 12.5 volt bulb intended primarily for use in toys! They work fine. The ones in the kit were 50% defective new - must have been from Lucas!
