Well I had heard all the stories about the FFR license plate brackets breaking...I had checked mine a couple of times & it seemed fine & sturdy. On the way to a car show tonight, heard a metallic "clink"...everything seemed OK, got to the show & the bracket ears had both broken off. Lost a $65.00 personalized plate & $20.00 frame. Went back & looked for it for an hour...no go..I'll listen next time.
