I have the opertunity to purchase a Trick flow intake w/24pd. injectors, a high output ecm, Anderson Harness and an eddlbrock 75mm throttle body for a 351 windsor for $1200. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this setup. I was just getting ready to order my MkIII and use a 92 donor and now am tempted to do a Windsor and possibly stroke it to 427.
I assume the 351 will not weigh much more than the 302, any other things I should be thinking about?
Also, I was thinking of doing a roller motor and wondering what year I should look for. A Local yard has a running 94' bronco that they would sell me the motor, harness, ecm and acc. for $750. Just wondering what year roller motor and out of what is ideal for an MKIII.
Who's stoker kit should I use if I choose to go this route?
Sorry about all of the rookie questions, but I am just tring to decide 351 vs. 302. Budget is a consideration in this build, but I plan to lood for used parts and do the work myself.
Any advice is appreciated.
