Good day folks.

When I installed Cobra brakes on my IRS equipped car, on which I also have a Vintage Performance adjustable rear sway bar, I had to move the caliper to the front of the spindle. I don't recall just how but it did involve some grinding on the spindle.

I now have a set of Gordon's rear Wilwoods on the way. Will they mount up in a reasonable manner?

Respectfully,

Brian Palmer

There is no clearance issues with a rear bar and me kit running the calipers on the rear.

FYI for you Coupe guys, last year I installed a VPM rear sway bar on my Coupe that mounts in front of the rear axle. My brakes are on the rear and I did this because of fuel tank interference. Check their web site (Advitersiers link above) and look for the front mount rear sway bar. It's adjustable like the others and works fine.
