what is the paint code for this car as well as the color for the stripes, they appear to be light silver. thanks

It was Pomroy's car. That picture was taken at a Capital Area Cobra Club outing at Lee Tilton's house. Not the "teamfour" Lee Tilton we know here on the forums, but his father.

I have Lee's email address somewhere if you want it. You may have better luck with the paint codes talking directly to Jim Pomroy.

I believe that this is the same as my car Laser Red (Ford E9) with silver stripes. We just pulled a mixing silver to match the wheels. Many pics on the site. www.northcobras.com Hope this helps. Cheers Richard.

Lee's car is GM Cherry Red Metallic. Not sure on the stripes. It is very close to the Ford Laser Red.

I love this color on a Cobra! If I hadn't allowed my wife to pick the color of my car, this is what it would have been!

By the way, Lee's car has some of the best detail I've seen. It's amazing what is painted, powder coated, or chromed on his car!

If that is the Pomeroy car, that photo does not even do it justice.

Jims was probably the nicest FFR i ever saw. Inside, outside, under the hood and under the body.

Yup, That ol thing usta be mine. The paint is Cherry Red Metallic from late model GM trucks. The stripe is Platinum Metallic also from late model GM.

I wanted to use the Laser Red but it is a three stage paint and I could not use it to paint the engine with.

Thanks for the complitments. She sure was fun to build. A Coupe build is not far off. Here's a couple more pics.
