We're trying like heck to get our first coupe done so we can take it to Sonoma for the National Spec Race and FFR Car Show. I have a bunch of emails from people who are going, but I want to have you post here so everyone can see who's going.

PS - If we don't get the coupe done, I can't go. I'm supposed to deliever the coupe to a buddy in Reno and this would be the trip. If we don't get it done, I'll have to hold off the trip.

My wife (Shannon) and I plan on going, We plan on bringing the car for the show as well, not because we plan on winning but for the free food

We are planning on leaving saturday morning from Sacramento and will probably take the scenic/curvy route past Berryessa lake and through Napa valley

I'm planning to be there, especially since FF is coming to my backyard. Hopefully the car will be ready also, because Al needs some competition for the longest build classification.

Al, I think first is a real stretch, because of all the points you'll get docked for the

stains on the hood.

I'll be there, Bill. I won't have a roadster, since I won't start the build until January. BUT..I'll have my scooters (they should arrive in the next few hours

Yvonne and I will be coming up Friday night for all three days. We will also be in the car display. For the run groups, do need a NASA lic. for this event, or would they let you run with other open wheel experience? Richard

yes you need to be a member of NASA to run in the hpde groups.....mike

you do not need a NASA competition license to run in the HPDE, and i think they also dropped the requirement to be a NASA member. pretty much anyone in any car can run HPDE.

I am familiar with the hpde, I was a nasa member last year. I can't remember though, do they requir fire suit, arm restraints and horse collar for the event? Thanks, Richard
