I like the B&M ratchet shifter. Cable operated, works well for speed shifting, and fairly inexpensive. The console is a little large, though. The Quarter Stick is maybe a little better, certainly smaller, and definately more expensive.
Lokar has a new shifter with a gear indicater panel which I think is pretty slick. But you can't speed shift with it very well. And it doesn't have a reverse lock out, so it isn't track legal. It's more for the street rod and cruiser crowd.
