Just considering if my final under-car work does not stabilize it at 130+. I lengthened the side skirts, so now they are 1" off the ground, full side length. Extended the rear diffuser panels, so now 5" above road surface, and lengthened so that from rear axle to 1" past end of body. Already have proper channels, just were not initially deep enough. Plenty of front "push", the car actually "wags". But I don't want to reduce front downforce, as then it gets light. Sooooooooo, want to get the car stable on large fast tracks.
I have tried hard to not go this route, wanting to preserve the classic look, so lots of under-car. But, gotta make it drive safe.
Curious about:
Could you feel the difference at track speeds?
Brand, part number
Width
Height above the body
Bracing inside trunk to chassis.
