I have only .035-.045" clearance from the back side of the wheel to the brake calipers on the front (if it touched, it would machine the "Cobra" letters off the caliper). It is a Team III wheel with 13" Cobra Brakes. Anyone have any thoughts? How much deflection is expected with this wheel style? I will also try to call Scott today at Team III.

That seems tight but it should be enough. Make sure the pads are in and the fluid is compressing them. It may not be as far out in usage as it is static. HTH, Cheers Richard. We helped develop that wheel and have not had any clearance issues ever. HTH, Cheers Richard.

Thanks Richard. I agree, the clearance will increase once the brakes are operational (currently static - no fluid).

Ben-

Can you tell me what the dim is from the hub to the face of the caliper is? I have Wilwood 6-piston calipers and would like to find another set of rims/tires for my car. I like the Team III wheels a lot. My calipers currently require 1.5" caliper clearance.

Thanks
