Don't want to call FF for one question. Does anybody know what the wait for a roadster if I were to order it today. I would like to be able to pick it up in March( cool spring break trip). Any info is appreciated.

Shouldn't be a problem. I ordered mine the end of August and it was delivered 22 Oct.

I ordered end of August as well and had them push it back to 12/14. So you should be in good shape.

I think they still have the 1000 dollar discount going on

Wow, that was fast. I put the message up bout and hour ago. Thanks for all the info, I'll probably wait for a little bit so I can scrounge up some cash.

Here'es an idea; order it now and get the $1,000 deal off the price. Ask for March delivery. I did this myself when the first 100 kits were offered at $1,000 off after the Shelby court case was settled. Order placed in August and kit delivered in October. C'mon, jump in, the waters fine.

As long as they are still offering a 1000 discount (which I just missed ordering in early July!)It is well worth your while to order now even if you have to borrow. I believe they will take a modest deposit around 1000 and will ship when payment is made on the balance. Go For it

I sent an e-mail to FFR a few days ago and was informed 4-6 weeks from order date to ship date. I believe you have to order before 12/15/02 in order to get the $1,000 discount offer on MKII.

I unloaded mine off of the Stewart truck 9 days after I ordered. I didn't ask for any kind of rush shipment, that was just the date they gave me when I called. I was very impressed.

It took seven weeks in total, but would have been less if my shipment did not get mixed-up with another order. It may also depend on how far the kit has to be shipped from FFR. Be prepared to receive a 'huge' crate if it is being boxed and shipped to your door. The crate measures 16' (long) x 6' (wide) x 5' (high) and it weighs 1,540 lbs. Have fun.......
