What is the main differences between the MKII and MKIII? Thank you

But to 'start the answer' :D

The Mark III has:

- Side impact protection at the doors.
- 315 rear tire support
- support for the 4.6 engines
- removable trans cross member
- a few AL panels aren't completely sorted like the Mark II
- different steering shaft setup and it's all supplied with the Mark III
- double layer hood (much more solid)
- slightly wider body over the rear fenders (part of the 315 support)
- slightly redesigned rear end to help a little with the 'perky butt'.
- slightly smaller footboxes but that can be modified.

I'll add when I think of more.

Check the 2004 archives. There were tons of posts on that topic when the MKIII was introduced.
