I am finaly at the point where I have to force the arms into the frame, but it was not obvious that the bolts were in with the kit box "1" with the upper bolts. Do I need the donor bolts that I never had?

Donor or new. Mark at Breeze has them. Cheer Richard.

replaced my donor bolts with new ones from Breeze automotive.

If you have the FFR tubular LCA's then the bolts should be in the kit. They look just like the donor bolts you have. I used them and they worked fine. Donor ones were junked up with crud.
