Went to look at university of michigan and visited the said places;
What a cool area. Al the Ford buildings are really cool(and guarded like government buildings) and the test track is awesome!!! I climbed on top of the wall to take a peek untill security took a strol by and was not happy with me. I saw a couple of cars with the spy cladding on them which was also really interesting in real life.
Then my father and I went to the henry ford museum. If you ever want to see an AWESOME history of industry and cars, go to this museum. They have every type of car imaginable. The GT40 that Dan Goruney drove with the bump in the roof, the conve rtible that kennedy was shot in, and HUGE train, one of the origonal generators used in the highland park model T assembly plant. Some of the origonal machine tools used in Ford's plants. Some concept cars and lots of sweet race cars. It is definetly worth the 14 bucks if your in the area.
