These are used wheels and tires, perfect for use as a racing set.
FFR Halibrand 5 lug wheels with BF Goodrich Comp T/A R1 tires. 245 45 17 front and 275 40 17 rear.

Are these wheels one piece cast, or two piece welded?

What are the rim widths?
