Does the front of the body rest on the 3/4" tubes all the way down to the radiator? I'm trying to install a cool flex upper radiator hose and I'm concerned that the 90 degree bend at the water pump is too high. Should I keep everything below the tubes or does the body give me some altitude because of the curve in the hood? It's hard to tell how much room I have with the body on the buck.
Many thanks,
regards

There's a little bit more room in the center than at the dges because of the curvature of the hood and the thickness of the body, but not much. I wouldn't go above 2" over the 3/4" tubes.

Russ, I have the Coolflex hose on mine and have no problems with clearance at the water outlet.

Thanks. I can keep it just about level with the tubes. I was concerned that it had to be lower.
Once again, many thanks.
