I’m using the stock wiring harness and stock turn signal. I hooked up everything like the manual said. But when I turn the key, the indicator light on the dash lights up and stays on. (I’m only using one dash light for both right and left). When I turn the blinkers either right or left, the front and rear work fine and the indicator light on the dash goes out.

OK, that's easy. The relay that FFR supplies is hot all the time on the middle plug, except when the signals are used, then it is a ground. So, hook one side of light to the middle reply and the other side to a positive. When you turn on the blinker, it will ground and turn the light on and off.

Make sure you have the 4 way flasher switch pluged in the mustang harness, and you have lites hooked up to the wires that feed them, without resistence in the lne the flasher won't flash.
