OK, I am "ready" to purchase my trans. I will be running the 430hp 351W Ford crate motor, and have concluded that the Tremec 3550 should do the job? What do you think? Also,(excuse my ignorance)what is the difference between a 3550 and a TKO? And last, who are a few reputable dealers for this item? I have heard about a few... less-than-reputable folks, and I just don't need that. Thanks..

I just visited Mike Forte's "new" location. He's the expert in Tremecs and is the only speed shop I've ever seen who has a FFR frame partially built in his showroom! I saw several Tremecs just wandering around there.
