My TKO600 tranny is ~1" offset to the passenger side from the rear of the car. It's creating 2 angles on the driveshaft, horizonally and vertically. My 3-link is centered L/R in the car(trust me I've measured it a dozen times). The rear plane of the tranny is vertically and horizonally aligned with the driveshaft mount on the rear axle. Moving the rear toward the passenger side will misalign the rear end and pulling the rear of the tranny over will create a mismatched angle between the tranny and driveshaft mount on the rear end.

Not sure what to do here...

It shouldn't be a problem. I believe all are offset somewhat.
