I recently picked up a Cannon Powershot digital camera. I'd like to pick up an extra flash card and battery. Where's the cheapest place to get 'em?
I guess it's not totally off topic, now I'll be able to post some pics of my car! ;)
Thanks,
RR

Thanks for the tips.
No AA batteries, it has a "lithium ion battery pack". Perhaps I can substitute some dilithium crystals? ;)
Any ideas who has a good deal on a backup battery pack?
Thanks,
RR

CE,
I ordered the S330 and was told the company was recalling them, so I went with the S300. Has all the same features an I love it. It's small enough that you can put it in your pocket and it takes great pics. You won't be sorry.

RR,
If you don't want to order the Compact Flash, Target also has good prices.

I got my Powershot 2 years ago and use it often for business. Still works great. I bought the rechargable battery kit from Canon. It beats paying $13 every time you need a new battery.
That $50 price someone listed for a 128mb card sounds like a terrific deal.
Good luck. You'll enjoy it.

I use the CNET shopping site for a lot of my purchases. Here is a link to a page about Smart Media Cards - Pick the size you want and they will check the latest prices for you. You can also sort it by most popular or price, etc

Thanks guys!!
Chad, I got the S200 ELPH. I've only had it a week, but I really like it! Pic quality is really nice! VERY easy to use. If the weather holds I'll bring it to a cruise night tonight and try to post some pics Sunday.
Thanks,
RR

I recently got the Canon A40 and am very happy with it. It also has the ability to take small moving pics as well.

You also might want to look at www.CDW.com as well, they have some great prices and are very quick with delivery. I ordered my Sony Mavica CD from them at the same time as a 4x6 photo printer and a carry case for the camera and I had it all in less than a week.

Be really careful on pricewatch, there are a lot of "shysters" on that site. Fake products, misrepresented products, inflated shipping, all kinds of weird stuff.
