I called Richard Oben and he said tighten it until you fart. About 240# is right on. Same for the IRS hub nuts.

Great, now my wife wants to know why we had to buy that 250 ft/lb torque wrench if all I had to do was go until I farted.

Farts are not a reliable way to measure torque. Trust me! Well, never trust a fart...for that matter either. :D

What bolt is it that you guys are talking about? Can someone let me know? Thanks.

Bob, are you asking about the spindle to adapter bolts (2 each side from the doner struts) or the nut that holds the hub on?

If it's the hub nut, 240 is correct. If you're asking about the spindle to adapter bolts they should be 140 to 200 ft/lb. I think I did mine to 170.
