I'm finishing up my MKlV build in Putnam County, Lower Hudson Valley area. Has anyone recently dealt with titleing and registering in New York? Any advice or pitfalls to avoid? I have already received an application package. My concerns are what to register it as and whether or not I will be required to meet any emission issues with a 302 from a 1990 mustang that I've converted from injected to a carborated, normally asperated engine. Most posts on this are quite old, wondering if it's changed at all. Thanks for any help or comments.

I'm in the same boat. Finishing my MKIV this Spring and need to register. I'm located in Erie County south of Buffalo NY. It's a 1988 Mustang donor build with a push rod EFI 302. Any guidance would be appreciated...
