MK-IV w/Coyote 5.0 with 245-45-17's on front and 275-40-17 on rear. Have prox. 3/4" gap on front left tire to top of fender. When hitting bump I'm getting tire rub. front suspension has been aligned, loosend front body bolts and lifted with little success. Any suggestions where to go next?

Is the gap the same on bothsides? Often the frames at the front that mount the body and quickjacks are off center so the body ends up off center so it may not just be the vertical gap that is the cause of the rub.

Sounds like your ride height is set too low. Usually the bottom of the 4" round tube is about 3.5" to 4" off the ground. Yours may have settled from your original setting causing the rub. Hope this helps.

Whats your wheel backspace and what spindles are you using? How much negative camber do you have? Can add more negative camber which will tuck in the top of the tire.

the dumasses that did my first alignment did positive camber (top of wheel out) instead of negative camber, (top of wheel in.)

double-check, you never know.
