I'm ready to do some more sanding. can someone post pics or give details on what to do with wheel wells. I read FAQ, I want greater detail.

Mike what are you using for the seems? I'm about to start mine. I'm leaning towards the 3m product line. What did you use and do you like it?
Thanks Mike

I used the 3m blister repair followed by rage per SRP. I applied the 3m blister repair with squeegies and it turned out great. I'm ready to apply the rage next weekend. I'll post pics when I finish the rage. The 3m material hardens very fast, don't mix more than a 1.5" x1.5" at a time.

I used a curved sanding block and flexible sanding board to get a nice even "arch" on the wheel well opening. Then, I used some 60grit or 80 grit sandpaper to put a nice radius on the lip. I think I started out w/ a small rubber block, then as they got rounder, I just used paper folded up in my hand. There were a few areas where my fiberglass was about 1/16" thick at the lip! I just layed up a few layers of fiberglass mat to build up the lip and radiused as described above.

In the louver openings, I used a file to take the cutout size back to the molded edge, then used sandpaper to radius it.

I would like a picture of a finished wheel opening also. I have read several ways to round them but I can not pictue in mind exactly what it should look like.

Thanks
