The instructions state the quad shocks and brackets are not used with the 3 link suspension. I'm taking the rear end to be powdercoated tomorrow AM. Are the quad shock mounts on the rear end used for anything? I don't think so but thought I should be sure. I want to cut them off. Let me knoe please

No, they are not used/ But what do you mean by "cut them off"? Don't you mean "unbolt them"? You will be using the holes where the quad mount once was for your 3-link frame.

they are not used so cut them off..but u will probably want to weld on the clam shell..mike

Bill I'm talking about the other end on the outside of the axle tube with the welded nut where the quad shock mounts to the axle. Mike, Planning to weld the clamshell
