That is really nice. I sure am glad I didn't have to mask off the stripe. That must have been real frustrating to get right over all the hills and valleys but it is beautiful.

I installed the door panels, fuel filler, fuel splash guard, license plate holder, and side emblems. But it’s 98 deg in the garage and just too hot to continue

Made some good progress tonight after it cooled off. Installed the front nose side aluminum pieces and the oil cooler mounting plate, the oil cooler, and associated braided lines

Some good progress today with the cooler weather. Installed the hand-formed aluminum oil cooler scoop and the functional brake cooling ducts

Its amazing how much that color changes depending on the light source. Looks great either way.(y)

looks great! how close are those air duct scoops going to be do the ground? I know the lower edge of the oil cooler opening is already low enough to not allow my jack under it.

Welded up the original mounting holes in the kit supplied quick jacks. Then ground down the welds smooth. Next, Re-drilled the holes in the correct location like the originals. Finally, painted the quick jacks satin black.

License plate light wire like the originals with the correct gold irrigated aluminum clamps and the wires wrapped with restoration vinyl wire wrap
