What a great weekend, so many cars to see, and so many people to talk with I just couldn't keep track of the time going by so fast. It was great seeing all the guys from the East coast again, Dave, Mark, Jim (I had a great talk with him), Jesper and finally meeting Tara.
Best of all was Bo getting the best of show award. It's been a long road for Bo that took the better part of two years and I had a great time building his car, with that said I would like to give credit where credit is due, first off to Lenn for building the Hulla Girl from which so many beautiful ideas found there way to Bo's car, to Russ Thompson for all the wonderful aluminum parts, beautiful turn signal stock and tech answers, to Dave Borden for letting me pick his brain on a weekly basis (you were a life saver on many occasions Dave) and to Mary for keeping the light at the end of the tunnel lit with encouragement, to Matt for his input and never ending humor, to "Ken "StreetRodPainter" Pike" for taking all the ideas and body changes I wanted to do on Bo's car which were all a first for the FFR body and are now being passed on to many of Ken's works of art, what a beautiful job Ken, to Vern Santos (Bo's right hand man) for making sure I always had what I needed as far as parts and running things around for me such as things to be powder coated, polished chromed etc. and last but not least to my wife Kathy for putting up with me all the way and all the members of the Nor-Cal FFROG's for all the support along the way and allowing me to shine for one day.
Thanks to all of you I didn't have to do it alone
