i didnt like the bolts, so i welded a little piece to the back of the cut off section, then welded russ's bar in place. this let me weld the back of the bar to my little tab (it was too hard for me to weld the back side of the bar as it was).
the only down side was i could see into the trun well enough to see all the dirt in there! yuck.
