Had fun at Temecula with 8 FFR's, 1 contemporary and 1 Backdraft Racing cobras in attendance. It really is one of the best cars shows I've attended. Mark Judd took home a nice big trophy for his midnight blue FFR. I got to meet Chuck and Penny Robertson from Las Vegas, great people and nutty too. There were about 30 '55-'57 chevys and about 75% of those were red.
Name this person and type of car

Hi Wayne! I was nice to see today at the Temecula Rod and Run. My family enjoyed seeing that famous gt-40 of yours first hand. It is one beautiful car you've built. Thanks for letting me and my son sit in it. Many thanks! Ariel

Guys, I had a great time, and to win a trophy for the day was AWSME. Thanks to the two guys in the picture, Dave that built the car, and Jeff that painted it. What a great job for both. The show was great, much better cars all around than last year. I'm glad I made the trip (about froze on the way to the show), and to trophy was just the icing on the cake. Lots of creat Cobra's and Wayne in his GT40 topped the show lot off. I agree with Wayne, lots of great people, and all with the same interst, to drive fast beautiful cars.

See you all at the next show,

We remain FASTERNU, Norm (sorry for not being Mark) and Laurie Judd

I have a few more pictures of the car, once I figure out how to post them from my PC, any help???

Norm - looks like I left too soon - congratulations!

Wayne - I'll guess that's the Pantera that was there. Can't name the individual, though.

It is the Pantera and it was the best Pantera I have ever seen. It was all black and had a perfect body to match the paint.

Wow what a great weekend. Temecula was a great show with great people and from there we drove down to Coranado Island Sunday morning for the Vintage Races on the Navel Air Base. Another great show. Just got back to Vegas and my fanny is draging, I think I OD on fun this weekend.

Wayne,

Who owns the silver FFR with orange stripes that you have pictures of from the Temecula (or some other) event?

Are they a member of this forum?

Thanks,
Drew

Sergio,
We really enjoy our trailer. It is a Warrior and they are made in Perris CA. They will custom build a trailer any way that you want it. We have had the trailer since 98 and it's loaded.

Overall length 30'
Equipped with the following
120 gal water tanks
4 kw onan gen
52 gal gas tanks with outside eletric pump
Hear/Air Conditioning
Refrigerator,stove,oven, microvave
Bathroom with inside and outside shower
Walk on roof (great at Fontana)
Satelite TV with VCR

We use this as a base camp, like Temecula, and make short runs from there. By the way was that your car in the Shelby Club display on Coranado Island last Sunday? It's really great at the NASA events, I play with the car, and my wife can go inside where it's the right temperature and read or what ever. She has been know to bake cookies for the weary racers. The only draw back is that it is not light, my chipped Power Stroke will only do 60 up the Cahon into Victorville.
