I'm using the Mustang rag-joint and with the steering shaft pillow blocks and bearings in place,.....the shaft slides in and out thru the bearings as the rag-joint flexes. "Search" indicates bearing retainers should be drilled for allen screws (mine are not). How do I keep the shaft from moving in the bearings and still allow the sfaft to collapse? I have found "collars" at GRAINGER that look like they would work for me.
