Anybody have experience with the machined aluminum spherical bushings (instead of rubber or polyurethane)that go in the rear end to attach the control arms to? I am having the 'high power wheel hop' problem and am looking for a cheap and easy fix. I have read the threads about lowering the front control arm pick up point 1" or intalling the 3 link as solving this problem but I was hoping that there was an easier 'fix'. Besides the interest in the bushings I am looking for any advice on solving the wheel hop issue. If I'm going to do major suspension work I would like to know that it's going to work before I get started.

I have done everything from quad shocks,FFR control arms, machined aluminum spherical bushings, ect. The only thing that I have found to cure wheel hop is changing the upper control arm mounting point. I use the Autoweld upper 8.8 kit. Some other guys here have modified their own frame to do the same thing. I don't know if this is fixed on the MarkII or not. After you do that life is good! You can throw away the brand new quad shocks.
