Same question I asked Gordon - the bar that runs from top to bottom on the outside of the caliper prevents the use of most 15" wheels. Can any modifications be made and still be safe? What other caliper will most easily replace the SN95 caliper?

Thanks,
David

David, I also used the SN95s but with 17" PS wheels. There was some interference as you noted. At first I used a 1/4" wheel spacer and it worked, but I didn't like the way the wheels looked in the wheelwell. What I did was grind some from the caliper, and then some from the raised portion of the insides of the spokes (it required very little in fact).
It worked fine and no issues in 4000 mi.
I did have the wheels and tires balanced after the grinding of the spokes.

David,

Check out this site:

SN95 Brakes

It shows you how to use '99+ PBR calipers on 94-98 SN95 spindles. This is what I plan on doing. If the website doesn't answer your question, there is a SN95 brake forum there that probably will.

Thanks for the tips, guys. One question - are all 99+ Mustang calipers PBR? Or is PBR a special caliper? I'm a little slow here.

Thanks,
David
