i am running a stock 5.0 EFI and i am putting on 1) 70mm mass air meter
2) powerdyne supercharger
3) 30lb injectors

i am not changing heads or intake manifold so my question is
is it worth changing the stock throttle body to a 65mm throttle body or just leave the stock throttle body on there

Yes change the T-body to a 65mm w/EGR spacer. You will need to do a slight bit of port work to the inlet of the upper intake if you are using the stock intake.

Boosted application aren't quite as dependant on TB (or intake) sizes as NA setups. You'll get some improvement in efficiency by opening up the TB a bit.

You could also put it off an do it later. I doubt you'll pick up much hp, just from changing the TB, if everything else is stock.
