Well, finally time to graduate #6458! Many thanks to all on this forum for your support and inspiration that went into building this dream. I, like others had wanted a car like this since I was a kid and saw a real one some where, some time, some place but it took another 33yrs for me to realize my dream.
A special thanks to Gordon Levy whose products and expertise run throughout the build. Back when I was in Iraq in 2008 I contacted him back in Arizona and told him what I wanted and he gave me the guidance I needed to design and build the car I wanted. A road racing, drag racing, show car that was made to prowl the American road ways.

Paul,
Seriously! WOW, that is beautiful and done very well! I love the color. :001_tt1:

Sean,
You take your wife anywhere near that car and she will move in with Paul. :w00t:[/QUO

You might be right. She's kinda over the build. Only thing saving me lately is the blog she started. She spends as long on the computer as I do in the garage. I think it's worth the risk though ;)
03SC, your build is absolutely beautiful. Very well executed.

I particularly like your dash and tranny tunnel (I have the same gauges (down to the Cobra logo and GPS) and a mid-shift T5 (an chance yours is an MGW, too?).
Your dash layout is very clean. Really like it.
Can you tell me what your switch layout is? (what & where)

Nice job and congratulations.
Wow! Beautiful! Congratulations!
Sean, no didn't have to drill new holes. Alignment went fine. Keep plugging away at it, my wife now goes out in the garage and stares at the car as much as I do, she can't believe it's finally done. We'll have to coordinate a visit.

MPTech, yes it is an MGW. Good guess. I suppose if you've ever had one you can tell by looking at the shifter and "seeing" what the angle of the shifter handle is under the boot. It sit's absolutely perfect for me.

Switch layout. Center switches: top left-electric fan backup switch, bottom left-fuel pump, top right-under dash footbox lights, bottom right-wiper switch(wipers not installed), red guarded switch-starter, left side of steering wheel there are 3 stainless elevator button switches 2 control blinkers left and right, top one is horn. I have a foot operated high-beam switch mounted on the left down tube in the drivers footbox. Have the seat heater controls mounted on the under dash panel along with a 12V outlet.
Good to know. Maybe it's just one of the differences between chassis generations, just looks like a second set of holes on the inner pick up point.
Love it! The deep dish wheels and hood louvers look great. Very well executed. Well thought out build right down to the billet control arms. Definitely a top notch build... congrats!
Oh there are two sets of holes. Just had to use the inner ones to bring the wheel in enough to get the alignment done correctly.

BCW, thanks!
Great looking finished build.
Everything everyone else said X10. Love the color and the details.

You built a very nice car!

Greg
Very upscale build and the most options I've ever seen. Great job. I love all the choices you made. Now if it would just stop raining you could put some miles on it. Congratulations.

Jeff
Thanks everyone. If I would have stayed off this forum it would have been a much different car, but came out just the way I wanted when I started.
Jeff, funny you mentioned the rain. Got up early this morning to take it out for a drive....RAIN! Just got done with dinner and planned to take it out again....RAIN! Of course I'm sure it'll be a beautiful dry Monday ;(

Paul
