i've been using my rotary sander (pnumatic) for about 5 hours today. got most of the seams out, but still have the "nooks and crannies." What's the best way to get ride of those seams? By hand? Anyone use a dremmel tool on them?

(I think I smell like fiberglass, everything I eat tastes like fiberglass too...that's probably not good!)

I could hardly read your question. Too much white dust on my glasses. It also looks like it snowed around my body.

1/4 burr on a die grinder. Dulled one high speed steel burr just a couple feet short of doing them all. A 2 inch scotch brite roloc on the grinder works well to knock off the edges of the trench. Why use the burr and roloc? I get them at Boeing surplus for next to nothing, but they worked well for me.

Yes, I used Dremmel on the small places like the trunk and door openings.

5 hours? Took me about an hour with the 4" grinder and Dremmel.

Do not wash with hot water!
