If I remember mine said to use the stock boot and modify it to fit. I am not using one. I made the whole in the tunnel cover larger and then made a cover plate that is removable and fits closely around the shifter. Then the handle boot of course.
Pretty sure Mike Everson has one that will fit the Pro 5.0. I used the original rubber boot, but found out that when the temps get too cold, it stiffened up to the point where it would pull the shifter out of gear. Probably not something you CA guys have to worry too much about though .
