when i purchased my kit in december 2001, i made the mistake of ordering the rear uppers and lowers,well maybe just the uppers were the mistake. when i discovered the forum and found out all the wheelhop issues with a live axle, i decided to order the 3-link, anyway what to do with the uppers? ffr says i can return them if i purchased them less than 60 days ago, obviously that time is gone, they are unused, as i will not be gocarting for another couple weeks yet. so ffr admits they had a problem, by stating the differences the mark 2 frame has, mine is a 1. so my point is , what can i do with these? i feel like they sold me something that they knew was inferior with their car design. how many others in the same boat as me? any ideas,i did upgrade my purchase by giving them more money for a better product. what has anyone else done? vince

Press FFR a little harder for a full refund. Talk to Joe. It's not like they can't sell them to someone else. If all else fails, try selling them here.

I think in December of 2001, the poly uppers were still considered a good thing, an improvement over stock. If all queries fail, you're no worse off than the rest of us that bought when nobody knew and are now graciously biting the bullet.

They make great paper wieghts or door stops. I have 2 unused pair lying around collecting dust.
