I apparently need an adapter fitting of some type to attach the 3/8-24 hard line male nut to the caliper on a Ford 7.5 solid axle rear. The caliper thread seems to be a 3/8-24, but there is no shoulder down inside for the flared tubing end to tighten/seal against. Is this perhaps a banjo fitting for a flex hose on the factory Ford set-up??

Found the solution to my question. A hose with a 10 mm X 1.0 thd. banjo fitting is needed
